The specific scope of services will be defined through written agreements, proposals, or service descriptions.

  • - Template-based packages are not fully custom website builds
  • - Design structure may follow predefined layouts
  • - Packages include specific deliverables defined in the package description
  • - Changes outside the defined scope may require additional work

Mika Digital reserves the right to determine whether requested modifications fall within the package scope or require additional work.

Additional Work and Scope Changes

If a client requests changes that exceed the scope of the selected package or agreed project specification, Mika Digital may offer additional work billed hourly, prepaid work packages, or revised project quotes.

No additional work will begin without client approval.

Failure to make required payments may result in suspension of work or withholding of deliverables until payment is received.

Mika Digital may assist clients in registering or managing domain names.

  • - The domain owner remains the client

Mika Digital is not responsible for the performance, availability, or policies of third-party services. Their use may be governed by separate provider terms.

Project Timelines

Project timelines are estimates and may depend on client responsiveness, availability of required materials, technical complexity, and third-party services.

Mika Digital will make reasonable efforts to meet estimated timelines but cannot guarantee fixed completion dates unless explicitly agreed.

Website Launch

A website may be considered complete and ready for launch when the agreed scope has been delivered, client review opportunities have been provided, and final payment obligations have been satisfied.

After launch, additional changes may be treated as separate work unless included in an agreed support plan.

Intellectual Property

Clients retain ownership of their branding materials, text content, and images supplied by the client. Mika Digital retains ownership of internal systems, templates, design frameworks, development processes, and proprietary tools.

Unless otherwise agreed, clients receive a licence to use the delivered website for their business operations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mika Digital will not be liable for loss of business revenue, loss of profits, indirect or consequential damages, service interruptions caused by third-party providers, or security incidents affecting third-party services.

Mika Digital's total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Website Content Responsibility

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all materials provided for website projects comply with applicable laws, do not infringe intellectual property rights, and do not contain unlawful or harmful content.

Mika Digital is not responsible for verifying the legal rights of client-supplied materials.

Termination of Services

Mika Digital reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if payment obligations are not met, the client engages in abusive or unlawful conduct, or the project cannot reasonably proceed.

If services are terminated, completed work may be invoiced accordingly.
